Pear & Ginger Protein Smoothie
Serving size: one
Ingredients:
-ripe pear
-unsweetened almond milk
-plain unsweetened Greek yogurt (may be subbed with dairy free yogurt)
-1 scoop Life’s Abundance Vanilla Plant Protein (purchase here)
-freshly grated ginger to taste
-ice
Directions:
- Cut the pears into chunks. Do not peel the pears as that’s where the majority nutrition from the pear is!
- Place the pears, almond milk, Life’s Abundance Vanilla Plant Protein, Greek yogurt, grated ginger and ice in your blender and pour in your favorite cup!
